International Freight Transport Logistics Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and results-oriented International Freight Transport Logistics Manager to join our team. You will coordinate international transport operations: route planning, management of our own fleet, cost optimisation and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries. You will also work closely with freight forwarding, operations and customer relations departments, negotiate with partners and monitor logistics performance indicators. Professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to make quick decisions in complex situations are very important in this role.

Requirements
At least one year’s experience in logistics or international freight transport, preferably in coordination or freight forwarding roles.
Solid knowledge of international transport legislation and documentation (CMR, TIR, Incoterms, etc.).
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on efficiency.
PC skills and experience using logistics/TMS software, plus excellent Romanian and Russian; English or Italian is an advantage.
Communication and negotiation skills, team spirit and the ability to handle unexpected situations under pressure.
